MELTEMI VIEW & TASTE
Costruito ad anfiteatro sul lato ovest del Kimolos Village dal 1993, vi è un complesso a due piani di camere in affitto e il ristorante “Meltemi”.
La sua posizione privilegiata offre una vista mozzafiato sul villaggio di Kimolos, nonché una vista unica sul blu del Mar Egeo che domina Polygio, Agios Efstathios e Milos.
L’esperienza dell’alba e dei colori che conferisce al paesaggio è qualcosa che il visitatore dovrebbe godere. Particolarmente impressionante è il sorgere della luna su Polygio e la luna piena pronti a sedurti in mondi magici.
Al piano superiore si trovano le camere e al piano inferiore si trova il ristorante “Meltemi”, dove è possibile gustare piatti che combinano sapori locali con sapori greci ed egei. Finocchi, crostini, capperi, basilico, pomodori secchi, nero sapido, rosso zucca, uova fresche, olio extra vergine di oliva, formaggi locali, carne di qualità incomparabile, frutti di mare e pasta ben fatta con condimenti di accompagnamento
